Barry Keoghan is on a mission to become the best Instagram boyfriend ever, or so it seems!
The 31-year-old actor was spotted at the Coachella festival on Friday, where he filmed his rumored girlfriend Sabrina Carpenter making her debut at the famous music festival in the California desert. In a short clip shared on social mediaWearing Burberry’s stunning Hayden sunglasses, Keoghan can be seen vibing to their music while positioning himself to get the best angle possible. One thing is for sure: he got the job done.
The 24-year-old “Feather” singer looked like she was having a blast as she performed on a giant set that replicated a motel, at one point even donning a white T-shirt with the words “Jesus was a carpenter” emblazoned across the front.
Keoghan’s gesture is just the latest in a long list of hints that the actor and singer are a couple, such as flirting on Instagram. Most recently, Carpenter posted pictures from her bedroom photoshoot for SKIMS’ lace lingerie collection, and Keoghan responded with flame and hot face emojis. He also commented “Barbie emoji.”
And just last month they were spotted together at the Vanity Fair Oscar party in Beverly Hills, California. Although the duo didn’t pose together on the red carpet, they took a cheeky posed photo while celebrating indoors.

Before her Coachella performance, Carpenter gave a series of interviews in which she talked about dating and her type, such as when she met Cosmopolitan.
“For me, a lot of it was fate. I know that’s a very broad term, but I don’t actively seek it out,” she said. “The relationships that I actually want to put my energy into have to be so interesting or invigorating because they take me away from the other things that I love. So yeah, it’s fun and it’s messy. I think I’m still at the point where I really enjoy the newness of it all.”
As for her type, she doesn’t have one.

“Contrary to popular belief, I don’t think I have a type. But on the internet, people like to put pictures of men with the same hair color next to each other,” she mused. “I’m attracted to a lot of things that I look for in friends because I want to be with someone who will become one of my best friends. So it’s a lot about energy, humor and authenticity. I have to say that I’ve always felt more connected to people who are really at peace with their feelings. I mean, none of those relationships have worked out so far. Sometimes I think I’d be better off with a mime.”
And just this week she told Zane Lowe on his New music every day Podcast that after suffering heartbreak two years ago, she is now “just having fun,” although she never mentioned Keoghan.
Carpenter and Keoghan first sparked dating rumors late last year when they were spotted together in a parking lot. Since then, they’ve been spotted together at hip LA spots Nobu and Luna Luna. He also wore a “Sabrina” friendship bracelet to a couple of Hollywood parties while Carpenter opened for Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour in Singapore.
