It Ends With Us has opened in theaters around the world, and fans of Lily Bloom’s story can’t wait to see her romance with Ryle Kincaid and Atlas Corrigan on screen.
In this best-seller, author Colleen Hoover brings the story of domestic violence, romance and friendship to life, and she is confident that fans of the storyline will not be disappointed.
It ends with usthe first of two books, tells the story of Lily, who has spent her life watching her father abuse her mother and who doesn’t want to make the same mistakes herself. A teen romance with Atlas is a welcome distraction from her life at home, but inevitably their lives take very different paths.
This leads Lily to find Ryle, a man she loves so much that she ends up making excuses for him before Atlas comes back into her life.

What happens to Lily Bloom and Atlas Corrigan in “It Ends With Us”?
In the first part of Colleen, Atlas reappears in Lily’s life in a time of need.
When she goes out to dinner with her new boyfriend Ryle, Atlas serves her food and the two immediately bond again. And it doesn’t take long for him to realize that something is wrong with their relationship.
As the film progresses, Atlas’ presence only makes Ryle angrier, as it’s clear they have a strong connection. All the while, Atlas tries his best to convince Lily that she deserves more.
Lily marries and has a daughter, Emerson, with Ryle, but the arrival of her child forces her to make the final decision to leave her life.
At the end of the book, Atlas and Lily find each other again and he tells her that he is ready for her when she is ready to fall in love again and they kiss. However, it is not quite time for their happy ending yet.

What happens in “It Starts With Us”?
The sequel to Colleen Hoover’s first bestseller, It starts with us is all about Atlas and Lily trying to find each other.
Lily struggles to cope with co-parenting her children with Ryle, while Atlas learns that his brother has just as many problems as he did as a teenager.
Despite their busy personal lives, they continue to find comfort and refuge in each other until a romance eventually blossoms.
And in true romance novel style, Lily and Atlas marry and live happily ever after, with him being the stepfather to their daughter and both of them being guardians to his brother.
