It’s an exciting time to be a LA Clippers fan. With the opening of the Intuit Dome, residents of Inglewood and the greater Los Angeles area can plan to attend events at the arena or just stop by to visit the new on-site LA “flagship” store. The new era of Clippers fans has officially arrived.
Now that the 2024-25 season schedule is in place for all NBA teams, Clippers fans can plan which games they want to attend. For local fans, there will be plenty of home games in Inglewood and perhaps trips to see the team at various away games.
When looking at the Clippers’ schedule for the upcoming season, several notable details immediately catch your eye. The first of these are the dates that every die-hard fan has been waiting for: the rematches against Paul George.
Of course, since George and the Philadelphia 76ers play in the Eastern Conference, they will only have one home and one away game against the Clippers next season. The Sixers will travel to the Intuit Dome on Wednesday, November 6, where a crazy atmosphere is sure to reign supreme.
Paul George will make his first appearance as a visitor in Los Angeles since leaving the Clippers in the first week of November, and fans will surely give him a memorable trip to the city. After that, the Clippers will travel to Philadelphia to face the 76ers on Sunday, November 24.
The Clippers will play two home games of at least five games during the 2024-25 season, one at the start of the regular season in October and the other just before the start of the playoffs in April.
Between Wednesday, October 30 and Wednesday, November 6, the Clippers host Portland, Phoenix, Oklahoma City, San Antonio and Philadelphia. They then repeat this trend between Wednesday, April 2 and Wednesday, April 9 when they host New Orleans, Dallas twice, San Antonio and Houston.
Every NBA team probably has at least one road series that makes fans groan loudly. For the Clippers, it will likely be their seven-game road trip that takes place between late February and early March.
LA will travel east before eventually heading west again. They will begin the trip in Milwaukee, then head to Indiana, Detroit, Chicago and then back to Crypto.com Arena for back-to-back games against the Lakers. The trip will end with a game on March 4 in Phoenix. A strong performance over that stretch will certainly be crucial to the Clippers’ playoff chances.
