In less than a week, Little League players will compete for the chance to become world champions – competing against regions across the United States as well as international teams.
The 2024 Little League Baseball World Series will be held each year in Williamsport, Pennsylvania – home of the world’s largest youth sports tournament since 1959. Held each August, the Little League Baseball World Series is an iconic youth sporting event where teams from around the world compete for the chance to become World Series champions.
The experience includes 38 games over the course of 11 days and offers baseball and non-baseball fans a variety of interactive experiences that create lifelong memories.
There are 10 regions in the USA, which means 10 teams will make it to the Little League Baseball World Series.

These regions include the Great Lakes, Metropolitan, Mid-Atlantic, Midwest, Mountain, New England, Northwest, Southeast, Southwest and West. These regions compete for the title of US World Series champion.
International teams from 10 regions will also compete, including Asia-Pacific, Australia, Canada, Caribbean, Cuba, Europe-Africa, Japan, Latin America, Mexico and Panama. These regions will compete for the title of International World Series Champion.
The US and international World Series champions then compete against each other for the world championship title.
The World Series tournament games begin on Wednesday, August 14th.
The big game – the Little League Baseball World Series Championship – is scheduled for Sunday, August 25, at 3 p.m.
