If you’re looking for a reason to increase your backlog even further, look no further, as Steam is offering PC users the chance to grab up to 21 free downloads for a limited time.
Steam is back with another event and this one, Steam Rhythm Fest, runs now until August 26th.
If you want more free games, Once human is now available on Steam!
As you can probably guess, this is meant to be an incentive to get a larger portion of the user base to download some great rhythm games, and what’s even better: many of them are available completely free of charge.
“Boot and Cat offers discounts on great games,” says the event description, and that includes some try-before-you-buy titles.
So without further ado, let’s take a look at some of them.
First we have ROBOBEAST, a fairly new action roguelike/rhythm title in which you play as Ace, a bounty hunter on a mission to capture a rogue robot.
“Wall-run, slide, and shoot to your own beat with the in-game custom music editor, and blast your way through Frazzer’s armies!”
You can also check Defeat Slayer, a roguelite hack-and-slash with music at the center.
You play Mia, a tough music lover and inventor who has to fight her way through hordes of robots in dystopian 90s Berlin.
If you want something less chaotic, you can try LOUD: My road to fame.
This is a wholesome, music-filled arcade rhythm game where you play a young, reclusive rocker who goes on a journey of self-discovery.
There are also Ragnarok, is available for both PC and VR and challenges players to lead their Viking ship to victory.
In multiplayer mode, you can also “beat your drums and set sail against your rivals to the sounds of epic music – from Celtic rock to Viking power metal.”
All of these titles and many more are now available both to try for free and to purchase at a heavily discounted price, so don’t miss out!
