This 21-year-old man has been having an affair with a married 32-year-old woman for the past six months.
At first everything was super casual. The two met at a party through a mutual friend and once they got on well, their affair just continued.
He also knew that the woman was married from the beginning. However, she claimed that her marriage was very unhappy and allegedly intended to leave her husband.
“She made it sound like the divorce was already a done deal, so I didn’t feel too guilty about it,” he recalls.
So they continued to have sex, albeit mostly in secret. He met the woman either late at night or when her husband was not at home, and the whole situation was obviously quite exciting for him.
“I was young, she was older and it felt like a movie,” he explained.
Then things took a turn. Suddenly the woman started texting him incessantly and wanted to spend more time with him. She also vented her anger at her husband and how awful he was and said she couldn’t wait to leave him.
However, when her husband finally found out about her affair a few weeks ago, it became clear that the woman had been “just talking” about her views on marriage.
Her husband was angry about the infidelity and quickly filed for divorce. This caused the woman to call him in tears and she actually blamed him him for the failure of their marriage.
