With the help of our partners at Technomic, we identified 125 of the largest restaurant groups in the country and broke the list down by the four U.S. regions defined by the Census Bureau: Northeast, South, Midwest and West.
The 125 largest multi-concept groups leaving their mark in communities across the country.
Every major city has something like this: a collection of restaurants under one roof, a restaurant group that leans toward the parent company for both brand recognition and operational efficiency.
Because these multi-concept restaurant groups are neither chains nor household names, it’s easy to forget how big some of them are – in some cases, they generate sales in the hundreds of millions.
Last year, NRN brought you the 25 largest groups in the country. This year, we’re going even bigger – much bigger. With the help of our partners at Technomic, we’ve identified 125 of the largest restaurant groups in the country and broken the list down by the four U.S. regions designated by the Census Bureau: Northeast, South, Midwest and West. Get to know them below, and check back for the list throughout the year as we strive to feature all 125.
