Apple has released the third beta of macOS Sequoia 15.1 for testing by developers. The build number is 24B5035e.
The macOS Sequoia 15.1 beta is an early preview of an update to macOS Sequoia that will be available later this fall. This beta includes an initial set of Apple Intelligence features.
To try the Apple Intelligence beta, join the waitlist in Settings. You will then be notified when the beta is available for your device. Both the device language and Siri language must be set to US English, and the device region must be set to the United States.
Apple Intelligence is available on Macs with M1 and later. Apple Intelligence is not currently available in China.
Please back up your Mac before installing the beta.

Developers with an Apple Silicon Mac can download the macOS 15.1 recovery image from the link below. Or, for devices running macOS 13.4 Ventura or later, go to System Preferences > General > Software Update > Beta Updates and select the macOS Sequoia 15.1 Developer Beta to install this software.

Specifically, macOS 15.1 confirms reports that Apple will delay the launch of its artificial intelligence features, causing it to miss the initial release of iOS 18 and iPadOS 18. The delay will give the company more time to make improvements and fix bugs before the features are available to consumers.
